1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
2. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in writing efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
3. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical requirements, system architecture, and software design for projects.
4. Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and security, while providing constructive feedback to improve the team's overall codebase.
5. Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
6. Create and maintain comprehensive unit tests to verify the correctness and reliability of the code.
