We are Hiring Senior Customer Quality Engineer
Location: Ambattur chennai
Experience: 5 years in customer quality handling.
salary: 35000
Role & responsibilities
Visit the customer plant end and initiate the ICA in customer location & In-house all CS after Joint analysis (0KM and Warranty)
Responsible for doing analysis and submitting the 8D /PDCA report on time to customers for all CS. (0KM and Warranty Failure)
Responsible for updating 8D Tracking / Past Trouble Database / Lesson learned and horizontal deployment tracking /4M tracking etc.
Responsible for leading the customer audit (Product / Process) and observation closure on time with the customer
Responsible for implementing the JE product/process quality requirement and customer quality requirements.
Responsible for periodic review of customer CSR requirements and communicating to internal team and implementing same.
Responsible for Change management validation /new product PPAP getting approval from customers.
Monitor the Quality KPI related to COPQ (Eliminate the External / Internal sorting cost)
Responsible for leading the GP12 rejection root cause analysis and corrective action implementation in line.
Responsible for ensuring the CS /warranty corrective action implementation and effectiveness monitoring on the shop floor. (Countermeasure effectiveness audit & Layer process audit)
Responsible for performing control plan audit and takinrelated to quality.
