Hiring on Recruitment process
Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, attract, and engage top IT talent using various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Recruitment Strategy: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening, technical assessments, and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
End-to-End Management: Handle the full recruitment cycle, from job postings, sourcing, and screening to offer negotiations and onboarding.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
Salary: starts from 18k
Qualification: Any basic graduation
