Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary: The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for positions across various non-IT functions, such as Oil & Gas, finance, marketing, operations, and human resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for diverse roles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of different industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for non-IT roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and develop sourcing strategies.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview and Selection Process:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare interview guides and questions tailored to the specific roles and requirements.
Facilitate feedback collection from interviewers and assist in decision-making processes.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates regarding their application status and next steps.
Provide feedback and support to candidates, enhancing their overall experience.
