Responsibilities:
Perform inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and processes to ensure
compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulations.
Utilize your ASNT certifications in RT, PT, MT, and UT to conduct non-destructive
testing (NDT) and identify any defects, cracks, leaks, or other imperfections.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality
assurance to identify and resolve quality issues.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to enhance overall
quality and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and results, and prepare comprehensive
reports for management review.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent quality
deviations in the future.
