Hiring on Purchase department with 5+ years of well known experience
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Support:
Assist in identifying and sourcing suppliers for medical and non-medical items required by the hospital.
Process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast supply needs.
Vendor Management:
Maintain and update vendor information, including contact details and contract terms.
Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
Address and resolve any issues related to deliveries, invoicing, and product quality.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor communications.
Prepare and review purchase reports and assist in analyzing procurement data.

Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and purchasing software or systems.
Basic knowledge of procurement practices and contract management.
