Job Description
Hiring on Medical Billing Experienced category
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate billing claims to insurance companies, ensuring compliance with coding and billing regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and insurance carriers, addressing inquiries and resolving billing and insurance coverage issues over the phone.
- Work with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation and information for claim processing.
- Conduct regular audits of patient accounts to identify and rectify billing inaccuracies, contributing to the continuous improvement of billing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Good experience in medical billing, with a deep understanding of medical terminology, ICD-10 codes, and CPT coding.
- Strong verbal communication skills, capable of explaining billing details and insurance concepts clearly and empathetically.
