Qualification - B.Tech- Mechanical
Salary - Upto 12 lac CTC
Experience -Min. 7+ yrs. hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of hydraulic press brake machines
Location- Chennai

Job Details
Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for press brake machines.
Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure that all machines operate efficiently and safely.
Lubricate, adjust, and replace parts as necessary to ensure optimal machine performance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in press brake machines.
Quickly repair machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems in real-time.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new press brake machines.
Calibrate machines for specific jobs, ensuring accurate operation in accordance with production requirements.
