Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals for the team, closely monitoring performance.
3. Provide training and development to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
4. Monitor and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
5. Manage multiple verticals within the sales team, including Investors, NRIs, HNIs, and UHNIs.
Experience
5= years of relevant experience in sales, with leadership experience in fintech or wealth tech sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies
Set and manage sales goals for the team
Provide training and development to the sales team
Monitor and track sales performance
Manage multiple verticals of the team that manages Investors, NRIs, HNIs and UHNIs
Location: chennai
