WE ARE HIRING TO OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL ASSISTANT MANAGER 
Create and implement safe work practices and procedures to keep an environment free from incidents and accidents.
Manage the transitions with ease and carry out production schedules in accordance with PPC strategies.
Increase the efficiency of the production crew, tools, and supplies.

Develop your abilities and assess the production team at every level.
Implementing safety awareness initiatives will help to provide a safe working environment.
Implement new policies and procedures to boost team morale, productivity, and efficiency.
Create and analyze reports, taking into account normal operating processes.
For continuous improvement, use Poka-Yoke, Kaizen/suggest schemes, Lean manufacturing, and enforce 6s.
compliance with the company's varied paperwork and system standards.
assisting in the use of Poka-yoke, automation, and kaizen concepts in manufacturing.
To reach the cost, plan and maximize the levels of utilization (man, material, etc.).
Encourage and collaborate with others
Experience:  Minimum 3- 5 years  experience in automotive sector. 
Knowledge in Injection molding & Paint shop.
Salary:  Based on experience and negotiable. 
Important note :  Hike is provide depends upon their performance
