Job Description
We are looking from Plastic Manufacturing Industry only- Must have experience in "Plastic Injection Molding".
*Responsible for the production and quality of products,
*completing daily reports for production .
• Responsible for maintaining/enforcing safe working conditions, and ensuring that all Environmental Health and Safety regulations are met.
• Schedules and directs mold changers in the Molding Department.
Works with PPC to obtain molding requirements.
Monitors production, inventory, and minimizes scrap in the department. Works with the Molding Manager to continually improve the molding process.
Works on maintaining the Methodology of Lean Manufacturing in the department.
Trains all workers in the department. Ensures that all personnel are trained with the help of trainers .
Preferred candidate profile : Must have experience in "Plastic Injection Molding".
Job Location : CHENNAI,
Education : Engineering Graduate or Diploma either from CIPET or
any Mechanical EngBackground.
Experience: 2-4yrs
