Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Injection Moulding machine maintenance activities
experience through knowledge on Centralized Feeing System
Experience Should be Familiar with working function of MTC, Dehumidifier, Granulator /Crusher
Experience Should be Able to Handle Wittman And Yushin 3 Axis Robots program and modification
Through Knowledge on PLC/HMI Program and Machine Integration activities
Through knowledge about all Electrical and electronics basic function and application
Experience through Knowledge on Pneumatic and its Function used on Moulding Industries.
Experience in All Electrical Moulding machines like Fanuc/ Sumitomo/Nessei.
Make independent EOAT required for Moulding machines.
knowledge on Understanding of Electrical Drawing and Wiring in PLC
Understand and Perform LADDER program
Should know about electrical Safety Precaution LOTO.
Maintain the Spare parts for Critical Items
Strong hold the Break down analysis.
Maintain the Maintenance Documents for ISO Standard
Perform TPM Activities for PM/JH
Should actively involved in Kaizen and Improvement activities
Training and awareness to maintenance technician
Qualification: any basic graduation
