1. Understanding Job Requirements
Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand the job specifications, responsibilities, and required qualifications for various non-IT roles.
Developing detailed job descriptions and specifications to attract the right candidates.
2. Sourcing Candidates
Utilizing various channels to source candidates, including job boards, career fairs, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
3. Screening and Shortlisting
Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
Conducting initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, work experience, and cultural fit.
4. Interviewing Candidates
Coordinating and conducting interviews (either alone or alongside hiring managers) to evaluate candidates.
Using behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to assess soft skills and job-related capabilities.
