We require HR & Admin Operation Manager ( MALE Candidates only ) for Healthcare Industry at Chennai.
Job Title: HR& Admin Operation Manager
Location: Chennai
CTC-Gross CTC up to 8 LPA
Experience: Minimum 5 -10years as a HR & Admin operation Manager
Male Candidates Only
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
 Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes for new recruitment.
 Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
 Payroll Assistance: Assist in payroll processing, including data entry and validation of attendance, leaves, and other payroll-related information.
 Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and welfare activities, promoting a positive workplace culture.
