Job Description
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
Experience in planning maintenance operations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Plan and oversee renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
