Hiring on Design Engineer
Role & responsibilities
1. Combined work with customers to understand process demands;customers past experience;existing machines problems leading to feasibility of machines.
2. Hardware Selection and Concepts finalization for automation in machines with latest technology.
3. To generate BOM, Prepare Drawings, Schedules of the Machine.
4. Inhouse manufacturing of Machine Panels and PLC Programing of Machines Installation and Commissioning of machnes on site
5. To Monitor and Analyze Commissioned Machine Parameter with Machine Specification Sheet.
6. Identification of Parts and Hardware for low Cost Counterparts.
7. Inhouse Fabrication of some Hardware Parts as well as Utilisation of Items from Existing Stocks.
