Role responsibilities: The Manager Assembly is responsible for overseeing the assembly department in a manufacturing facility. This role involves managing a team of assembly line workers and ensuring the efficient and timely assembly of products according to quality standards and production schedules. The Manager Assembly reports to the Manufacturing Operations Manager and works closely with other departments, such as production planning, quality assurance, and maintenance, to achieve operational excellence.
