Hiring on Admin Manager
Roles And Responsibilities
  Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  Maintain robust relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and partners.
  License and permit management Process applications for new license and permits. Review and verify application information, Issue, renew and update licenses and permits in accordance with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records.
  Compliance and Regulatory conduct regular audits to ensure all licenses and permits.
  Well-versed in managing the university affiliation process, including the preparation and submission of necessary documentation.
  Prepare and maintain detailed record and documentation of licensing activities. Generate reports on licensing status, compliance, and other relevant metrics.
  Coordination and communication with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues.
