Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Interaction:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
• Engage with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Customer Service:
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
• Provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations.
• Reservation Management:
• Manage reservation systems and ensure accurate booking information.
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team to accommodate guest preferences and special requests.
• Event Coordination:
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events, private parties, and group bookings.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure all event details are handled smoothly.
• Feedback and Improvement:
• Collect and document guest feedback to help identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to implement enhancements based on guest feedback.
• Communication:
• Maintain clear and effective communication with both guests and restaurant staff.
• Relay important information between guests and the kitchen or service team as needed.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain and update guest records, including preferences and special requirements.
• Assist with reporting and analysing guest feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
