Job Title: Guest Relations Executive Key Responsibilities:Guest Interaction:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they are seated in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Provide information about the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
  • Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their experience throughout their meal.
  • Address any concerns, feedback, or complaints from guests promptly and professionally.
Reservations and Table Management:
  • Manage the reservation system and ensure that tables are allocated efficiently to avoid delays.
  • Assist guests with booking reservations and adjusting seating arrangements based on needs (e.g., special occasions, group sizes).
Customer Service Excellence:
  • Ensure a high level of customer service at all times by anticipating guest needs.
  • Handle requests such as dietary restrictions or special needs with care and attention to detail.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with food, service, and overall experience.
Complaint Handling:
  • Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, aiming for a resolution that enhances the guest experience.
  • Escalate more complex issues to management as needed, always maintaining a professional attitude.
Maintaining Ambiance:
  • Assist in ensuring the dining environment is always clean, inviting, and up to the restaurant's standards.
  • Monitor the mood of the dining area and address any issues related to noise, temperature, or comfort.
Collaborating with Other Teams:
  • Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between teams.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, complaints, or suggestions for improving service quality.
Event Coordination:
  • Help plan and organize special events, VIP bookings, or group dining experiences.
  • Work with the marketing or events team to ensure guest expectations are met during special occasions or celebrations.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and special requests.
  • Assist in managing the restaurant's loyalty program, if applicable, and ensure guest data is up-to-date.
