We are seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating visually stunning social media graphics and engaging motion graphics, including reels and animations, to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Graphics : Design eye-catching static graphics for social media posts, ads, banners, and stories that align with the brand identity.
• Motion Graphics : Create high-quality motion graphics and animations, including Instagram reels, video intros/outros, and promotional videos.
• Concept Development : Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize creative ideas and campaigns.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all visuals align with the brand's tone, style, and guidelines.
• Trend Awareness : Stay updated on the latest social media design trends and adapt strategies to enhance engagement.
• Content Optimization : Format graphics and videos for various platforms, ensuring optimal resolution and quality.
• Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
• Feedback Iteration : Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance designs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education : Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience : 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social media and motion graphics.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other such software.
• Expertise in motion graphics tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of video editing and basic animation techniques.
• Creative Skills : Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
• Digital Awareness : Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and their content requirements.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
