Job Title: Graphics Designer & Video Editor

Job Summary:

EIBO Software is seeking a skilled Graphics Designer & Video Editor to create visually engaging content that supports our marketing efforts, training programs, and software business. The ideal candidate will be versatile, with strong graphic design expertise and hands-on experience in video editing. You will be responsible for creating both static and dynamic content, such as promotional materials, social media posts, and video advertisements, while maintaining consistency with EIBO's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:Graphics Design (50%)

• Design Marketing Materials : Create professional posters, banners, brochures, and flyers for both print and digital use.
• Social Media Content : Design engaging graphics tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Branding : Ensure all designs adhere to EIBO's branding guidelines, maintaining consistency in fonts, colors, and overall style.
• Infographics : Develop clear and appealing visuals for educational or promotional purposes.

Video Editing (50%)

• Video Production : Edit videos for promotional campaigns, student testimonials, training highlights, and social media advertisements.
• Motion Graphics : Add animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Content Repurposing : Adapt existing video content into shorter clips or reels for social media.
• Storyboarding & Scripting : Collaborate with the team to create storyboards and scripts for new video projects.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree or certification in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Media Production, or a related field.
• Experience :
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video projects (required).
• Technical Skills :
• Proficient in graphic design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Skilled in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
• Familiarity with social media trends and formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Soft Skills :
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
