Responsibilities:
- Create visually stunning and effective designs for digital and print media including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the company's brand identity.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding across all design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Prepare and present design drafts to internal teams and make revisions based on feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
- Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design.
