Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with the creative team to transform concepts into visually compelling designs aligned with our brand identity. ? Develop digital and print materials such as social media graphics, posters, banners, brochures, etc. ? Generate innovative design ideas that effectively convey complex messages. ? Create visually striking visuals that resonate with our target audience and evoke an emotional connection. ? Incorporate feedback to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals. ? Maintain consistency in design elements and branding across various platforms. ? Stay updated on design trends and apply them to projects to enhance visual appeal. ? Work closely with cross-functional teams including copywriters, photographers, and marketers to deliver impactful designs. ? Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. ? Enhance the visual storytelling of the Hare Krishna Movement's message. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. ? Minimum 7 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio. ? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. ? Creative flair, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of design principles. ? Strong communication skills for effective collaboration. ? Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. ? Excellent time management skills for handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines. ? Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency. ? Problem-solving skills to create designs that communicate messages effectively.
