Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Salary: Up to ?35,000 / Month

Job Summary: Aakriti Constructions & Developers Private Limited, a leading construction company, is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. With 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, this role involves creating high-quality designs and video content for advertising campaigns, brand promotions, and project marketing. Experience in real estate design is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design languages, video editing, and animation, and will be proficient in the latest graphic design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Produce visually appealing designs for marketing materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Video Production: Create and edit promotional videos, including ad campaigns and video content for social media platforms. Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing, logo animations, transitions, and other video effects is essential.
• Branding & Logo Promotions: Design and animate logos for promotional videos and branding campaigns.
• Creative Input: Bring creative ideas to the table for new marketing campaigns, ensuring that designs align with company goals and industry standards.
• Design Software Expertise: Utilize Photoshop for designing, Illustrator for vector-based artwork, CorelDRAW for various creative projects, and After Effects for video and animation work.
• Content Creation for Digital Platforms: Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing team and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements and timelines.
• Ad Campaigns: Prepare and optimize promotional content, including advertisements, video ads, and social media campaigns, to effectively engage target audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer. Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
• Software Proficiency:

o Adobe Photoshop (Designing)

o Adobe Illustrator (Vector graphics)

o CorelDRAW

o Adobe After Effects (For video and animations)

o Adobe Premiere Pro (Video editing)

• Design Understanding: Solid understanding of design languages, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills to come up with unique and engaging designs and animations.
• Video Editing Skills: Experience in creating promotional videos, logo animations, transitions, and other dynamic video content for digital marketing and ad campaigns.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with internal teams and clients.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all designs and video content meet high standards and brand consistency.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate design or marketing.
• Familiarity with CAD or other design tools used in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D rendering is a bonus.
