Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation :
• Develop and design a wide range of materials, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, website graphics, and presentations.
• Create visually compelling content that aligns with the brand guidelines.
• Brand Consistency :
• Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to maintain a unified visual identity.
• Concept Development :
• Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Stay updated with design trends to create innovative and fresh designs.
• Tool Usage :
• Use graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or CorelDRAW effectively.
• Optimize designs for different digital and print formats.
• Project Management :
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver accordingly.
• Feedback Implementation :
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
• Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience :
• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related role.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or similar software.
• Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Portfolio :
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects across various formats is mandatory.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
