Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Jaipur Ethnic. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to create visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with various departments to produce high-quality digital and print materials that engage our audience and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Print Materials: Design print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, banners, packaging, and other promotional materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Conceptualization: Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Photo Editing: Edit and retouch images for use in marketing materials and product presentations.
• Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and other relevant tools.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and engaging designs.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating expertise in both digital and print media.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools such as Sketch or Figma.
