Job Position: Graphics Designer

Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Full Time & Onsite.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

1. Create eye-catching designs for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, digital advertisements, and social media graphics.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for new campaigns and initiatives.

3. Design visually appealing and user-friendly digital assets such as website graphics, email templates, and multimedia presentations.

4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.

5. Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members, stakeholders, and clients, and incorporate feedback to refine designs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or open ended experience.

2. Desirable experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software like Canvas, Corel Draw etc.

4. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

6. Experience in photography and image editing is a plus.
