We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer who is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere, and After Effects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of visual communication, and the ability to bring ideas to life through various digital mediums. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in graphic design to gain hands-on experience and grow within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, marketing materials, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Assist in the creation of video content, including editing and post-production using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design projects and campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software updates to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
• Support the design team with various tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with animation and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
