We have an urgent opening for the position of Graphics Designer for a reputed company in Real Estate industry at Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur)location. :We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our organization. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual materials that effectively communicate our brand and property offerings to potential buyers and investors. This role requires a blend of artistic skill, technical proficiency, and an understanding of real estate marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling materials for property listings, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads.
• Create engaging social media graphics, infographics, and banners to enhance our online presence and attract potential clients.
• Develop layouts and artwork for promotional materials such as newsletters, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Collaborating with architects and designers to conceptualize and develop 3D models of buildings, landscapes, and communities.
• Creating visual representations that align with the project's vision and objectives, including realistic renderings and virtual tours.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and maintain high standards of graphic design and production.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in graphic design into our projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Min 4-5 years of experience as a preferably in the real estate industry or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software like Canva / Sketch / CorelDraw / Pixlr.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective graphic design work.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling, texturing, rendering, and animation software (e.g., 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion).
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative designs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of projects.
• Experience with real estate marketing materials such as property brochures, virtual tours, and signage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices.
• Understanding of print production processes and specifications.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and design trends.
