We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our team, with a focus on creating compelling visuals for

political campaigns

. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of political branding, campaign messaging, and the ability to design graphics that drive public engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design posters, banners, infographics, reels, and social media creatives for political campaigns. Create visual content for both online (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube) and offline (hoardings, pamphlets, flex boards) platforms. Work closely with political consultants, content writers, and social media teams to ensure visual consistency. Develop templates and brand elements aligned with a candidate's image and campaign goals. Edit and repurpose content to meet tight deadlines and campaign schedules.

Requirements:

Proven experience in political campaign design or similar roles (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus). Understanding of Indian political landscapes, party symbols, regional language fonts (advantageous). Strong creative, visual storytelling, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver quick turnarounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with politicians, political consultants, or agencies. Familiarity with regional politics, especially in Northern India (Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, UP, etc.). Basic knowledge of Hindi and/or Punjabi (reading/writing).
