As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design. Qualifications And Skills Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Strong understanding of visual communication and design principles Ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Portfolio of previous design projects showcasing creative and impactful designs Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred) Roles And Responsibilities Create visually appealing designs for various platforms including digital and print media Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other communication channels Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brand guidelines and create designs that align with the brand identity Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure the use of modern design techniques Work closely with the development team to ensure the seamless integration of designs into websites and applications Perform quality checks on the designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
