Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and a passion for creating visually engaging content. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality designs for various digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for web, social media, marketing materials, and print.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visual content that aligns with the brand's identity and marketing goals.
• Develop and maintain design assets, such as templates and style guides.
• Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and a variety of design skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
