: Graphic Designer (Hybrid, Full-Time)

Location : Hybrid (Combination of remote work and on-site visits)

Salary : ?15,000 - ?18,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand identity. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and create engaging visuals.
• Edit and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality digital assets for various platforms and media formats.
• Basic video editing for social media platform.

Requirements

• Experience : Minimum of 6 months in graphic design.
• Software Proficiency : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools.
• Candidate living in Bhubaneswar will be given preference.

Skills :

• Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity and technical skills.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing design.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Education : A degree or certification in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.
