We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our creative team. If you excel in a fast-paced environment where your design skills and creative vision will play a pivotal role in the success of our clients, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Brand Identity Design:

Create and maintain brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements that align with the client's branding strategy.

Develop and maintain style guides and design systems that ensure consistency across all digital platforms, aligning with the brand's visual identity.

2. Marketing Collateral:

Attention to Detail: Deliver high-quality designs by paying meticulous attention to detail. Craft polished, unified designs that convey the brand's essence with clarity and impact

Design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, flyers, and social media graphics that communicate the brand message effectively.

3. Web and Digital Design:

Design visually appealing and functional interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. This includes creating layouts, buttons, icons, and other interactive elements.

Design visuals for websites, email campaigns, online ads, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity.

Create interactive prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma to demonstrate the flow and functionality of the interface. These prototypes help in visualizing how the end product will look and work.

Ensure that designs are responsive, meaning they adapt seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes (desktops, tablets, smartphones).

4. Video Production:

Edit raw footage into polished videos for use in marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations. This includes cutting, color grading, sound editing, and adding effects.

Create and incorporate motion graphics, animations, and transitions to enhance video content and make it more engaging.

5. Collaboration:

Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other creative professionals to ensure that the visual elements support and enhance the overall message and strategy of the campaign.

6. Cross-functional Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.

Client Interaction:

Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide creative input, ensuring that the final product meets or exceeds client expectations.

Market Research:

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table and keep the firm's offerings competitive.

Feedback Integration:

Take feedback from clients and internal teams and make necessary adjustments to designs and videos to meet the desired outcomes.

7. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.

Understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding principles.

Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and best practices for various platforms (social media, websites, etc.).

8. Key Qualifications:

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a similar discipline.

Demonstrated experience in both graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio that highlights your skills.

Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Advanced knowledge of video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.

Deep understanding of visual principles, including composition, color theory, and typography.

Keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity.

Capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.

Strong communication abilities, with a knack for giving and receiving constructive feedback
