Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at snapping turtles. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a similar industry. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our institution's message across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital materials including brochures, posters, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Create engaging visual content for presentations, reports, newsletters, and other internal communications materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Assist in photo and video editing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
