Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Sanctumcloud System Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate ideas and concepts effectively for various digital and print media. Working closely with our marketing and product teams, you will develop design solutions that align with our brand's visual identity and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative assets for digital platforms, print materials, social media campaigns, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Create concepts, mockups, and final designs, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Implement design solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies, following best practices and latest design trends.
• Continuously improve and refine design elements based on feedback, user engagement, and evolving project needs.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to contribute to a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW , or Figma .
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.
• Experience working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic front-end development concepts (like HTML/CSS) is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of branding and logo design principles.
• Understanding of print production processes and guidelines.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
