Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including but not limited to: social media posts, reels, videos, advertisements and brochures.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to produce visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Develop design concepts and layouts for marketing campaigns, website pages, email templates, and promotional materials ensuring all design projects meet deadlines,
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design skills.
• Provide design support for internal and external communications, including newsletters, event materials, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure all designs meet the project goals and specifications.
• Website updates on WordPress including content and design changes, plugin management, SEO optimisation, and security updates. Regular tasks involve adding media, updating pages, improving user experience, and ensuring the site is responsive and fast.
Key Requirements:
• Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS.
• Decent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
