Role Overview :
We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphics Designer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating designs for social media, book covers, magazines, and other graphic assets that align with our brand identity and engage our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Design :

• Create visually compelling graphics for posts, stories, and ads.
• Design templates for consistent branding across platforms.

Book Cover Design :

• Conceptualize and design book covers that reflect the theme and tone of the content.
• Collaborate with authors and editors for feedback.

Magazine Design :

• Layout and design of magazine pages, including typography, image placement, and overall aesthetics.
• Work closely with the editorial team to ensure designs meet publishing standards.

General Graphic Design :

• Develop branding materials like brochures, flyers, banners, and infographics.
• Ensure all designs adhere to company guidelines and quality standards.

Collaboration :

• Coordinate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
• Meet project deadlines and revise designs based on team feedback.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout principles, color theory, and typography.
• Prior experience in designing for both print and digital media.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
