We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphics Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team at the Okhla, Delhi office. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and be skilled in creating visually compelling designs for digital and print platforms. As a Graphics Designer, you will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce creative assets that align with the brand's identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities :

Graphic Design :

• Create visually appealing designs for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
• Work on design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

Brand Consistency :

• Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with the company's brand identity and voice.
• Maintain a cohesive visual language across all digital and print materials.

Social Media Graphics :

• Design eye-catching and engaging graphics for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Collaborate with the social media and content teams to produce visuals that support social media campaigns and promotions.

Website and Digital Media :

• Design banners, icons, infographics, and other web-related visuals.
• Assist in enhancing the user experience (UX) through well-crafted visuals on the website and mobile platforms.

Print Design :

• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners for print.
• Prepare files for printing and ensure print quality standards are met.

Collaboration :

• Work closely with the marketing, content, and web development teams to understand design needs and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Image Editing and Manipulation :

• Retouch, edit, and manipulate images for use in designs and campaigns.
• Optimize graphics and designs to ensure high-quality visuals for both web and print formats.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven work experience (2-3 years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Familiarity with design trends, especially in digital media and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of basic animation and video editing is a plus.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred :

• Experience in digital marketing design.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a bonus.

Pay: ?11,120.95 - ?25,000.00 per month
