Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design a wide range of materials including advertisements, social media content, websites, brochures, flyers, product packaging, and presentations.

- Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.

- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look across all media.

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and technologies to keep designs fresh and innovative.

- Prepare final artwork for printing and digital publication, ensuring all files are print-ready and optimized for web use.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

- Review and revise design projects based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge About Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar creative role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative projects.

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to take constructive criticism and work well in a team environment.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web design is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with video editing and animation.

- Photography skills or experience in directing photoshoots.

- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools.
