Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for various platforms including digital and print media.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.
Assist in the creation and implementation of visual content for presentations, websites, and other digital platforms.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations.
Analyze social media performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and other relevant stakeholders to amplify our brand presence and reach.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and examples of successful social media campaigns.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media management tools.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for both digital and print media.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or photography is a plus.
