Job Brief:
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver all graphic design work on assigned projects: creative brief and requirements, creative conception, storyboarding and sketching (good to have), design, feedback, iteration, export and delivery
- Design for a variety of mediums (digital and print)
- Manage multiple design projects across different mediums and stakeholders
- Manage and adhere to strict timelines for the production of graphics
- Interface with internal requesters, including executive leadership
- Respond to and incorporate stakeholder feedback and direction
- Take part in the establishment of our brand, helping to develop the approach and tools we use to manage the creative process end-to-end
Required qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or related field
Required experience: 1 -3 years of experience in graphic design
Interest and Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Photoshop, MS Office, Wordpress and CMS (and other web design platforms)
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work demonstrating creativity and out-of-the-box ideas
- Basic knowledge of web accessibility will be an advantage
- Strong team player
