Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and motivated Web Designer cum Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design background and experience in both web design and graphic design. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for our website and marketing materials, ensuring they align with our brand's vision and goals. The starting salary for this position is ?5,000 per month, with working hours from Monday to Friday. As the company grows, there may be opportunities for transitioning to a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Design: Design and develop user-friendly, responsive websites and web applications.
• Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to understand design requirements and project goals.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance designs.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Understanding of web development technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.

Location Preference:

• Although this is a remote position, we are primarily looking for candidates from Palakkad, preferably those near Mankara.
