Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI-UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites. • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of responsive design principles and UX/UI concepts
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to feedback
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, visually engaging websites
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for client and internal projects
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and functionality
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and usability
• Stay updated on web design trends, tools, and technologies
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share ideas
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic design issues

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or more (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
