About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

who can bring strong visual storytelling to life across various digital platforms. If you have a keen eye for design, a knack for branding, and are passionate about video content--from Instagram reels to full-length podcasts--this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Create

Social Media Creatives, Ad Creatives, Presentations (PPT) & Logo Design.

Design professional

Logos and Complete Brand Identity Kits

Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency Create design assets for both digital and print media

Video Editing

Edit high-quality

short-form videos

(reels, shorts) and

long-form content

(YouTube videos, tutorials, podcasts) Add animations, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and effects where needed Manage and organize video assets for reuse across campaigns

Tools & Tech

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Canva (for quick and collaborative design tasks) Figma (preferred, not mandatory) Basic to intermediate knowledge of

AI tools for design & editing

(e.g., MidJourney, Runway ML, ChatGPT for scripting)

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in graphic design and video editing Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and video projects Solid command over visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and animation basics Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment Fluent in English (Bonus: Kannada/Hindi)
