HackerEarth is an AI-powered developer assessment software that helps companies accurately measure a developer\'s skills through online coding tests. It takes a skill-based approach to assessment, allowing companies to automatically generate standardized tests based on various skills and then accurately measure the developer\'s performance on those skills.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphics Designer to join our team who will be responsible for developing and executing all B2C & B2B design requests.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing designs for digital media, including website layouts, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, logos, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to create designs that effectively communicate the desired message.

Utilize industry-standard design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit graphics.

Ensure all designs are visually consistent with the brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.

Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Provide creative input and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall design process and deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

Review and incorporate feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members into design revisions.

Required Skills:

Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer with a minimum of 2 years in a professional setting.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including digital and print media.

Proficiency in using design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with web design principles and an understanding of responsive design concepts is a plus.

Knowledge of video editing and animation software (e.g. Adobe After Effects, Da Vinci) is an advantage.
