motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Partnership Lead.
Job Summary: The Partnership Lead will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop College Partnerships: Identify potential corporate partners and develop strategic partnership that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Negotiation and Agreements: Lead negotiations and create partnership agreements, ensuring that both parties\xe2\x80\x99 interests are met.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor Partnership Performance: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, meetings, and conferences to promote partnerships and network with potential partners.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify new college partnership opportunities and keep the company competitive.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance existing partnerships and create new ones.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in college partnership management
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing corporate partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with partners and attend events.
