Job Summary: The Partnership Lead will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop College Partnerships: Identify potential corporate partners and develop strategic partnership that align with the companys goals and objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
Negotiation and Agreements: Lead negotiations and create partnership agreements, ensuring that both parties interests are met.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of partnership initiatives.
Monitor Partnership Performance: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, meetings, and conferences to promote partnerships and network with potential partners.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify new college partnership opportunities and keep the company competitive.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance existing partnerships and create new ones.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in college partnership management
Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing corporate partnerships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
Ability to travel as required to meet with partners and attend events.
