Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Graphic Designer/Creative Visualizer to join Paarva Creations. Your job is to create compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand's story. You'll produce engaging visuals for websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation : Produce eye-catching graphics for online and print, including websites, advertisements, and packaging.
• Collaboration : Work closely with our marketing and design teams to understand project requirements.
• Concept Development : Translate ideas into captivating visuals that align with our brand's style.
• Engagement : Create visuals that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Consistency : Ensure consistency and freshness in all design work.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with writers, photographers, and other team members to enhance our campaigns.
• Brainstorming : Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions to elevate our creative work.
• Coordination : Communicate with external agencies and printers to ensure accurate and timely production of designs.
• Organization : Maintain organized design files and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Learning : Stay updated on new design trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Experience : 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer/Creative Visualizer, preferably in a design studio or agency.
• Portfolio : A diverse portfolio showcasing your best work across various projects and industries.
• Software Proficiency : Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design Principles : Strong understanding of basic design principles and aesthetics.
• Execution : Ability to take instructions and transform them into impactful designs.
• Salary : Attractive salary as per current market conditions.
