Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audiences, and design requirements.
• Translate concepts and ideas into innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs for both print and digital media.
• Produce a wide range of materials, including but not limited to: brochures, infographics, social media graphics, website layouts, email templates, and more.
• Ensure that all designs align seamlessly with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Develop creative concepts from ideation to execution, considering the strategic goals of each project.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality and impact of your work.
• Provide valuable design insights and suggestions to enhance visual communication strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering top-notch designs within set deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, sharing ideas and contributing to marketing and branding initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, highlighting your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and concepts, translating them into visually appealing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
